★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was impressed with the customer service. Our pick up order came with cactus cut potatoes but the dips didn't make it into the bag. When I called to rectify the mistake, the lady I spoke to was both apologetic and polite and, even the order was originally pick-up, they offered us the option of delivering the missing items. The dips showed up VERY quickly and even the delivery gentleman was apologetic. Genuinely pleased with the entire interaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our server (sorry we missed getting her name!) was super attentive to my partner's food allergy and checked everything we wanted to order to ensure it was safe! The kitchen staff were on their game making sure there was no cross contamination, and our overall experience was just exceptional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in Canmore for the weekend. Stopped in for dinner at the perfect time as it wasn't busy yet. Dinner was great and the drinks. The only issue they had which didn't affect us was an issue with the CO2 for their on tap drinks. Server was friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great people! Great food as always. Just the way you expect from the BP. Super friendly staff and always great service offered. Food is bang on and the speed of the service is good too. Always a go to place for light snack to full course dinner.
