★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are on a mini vacay and researched all the pizza places in Canmore upon arrival. After a long drive we were looking forward to a good pizza and CPU had some very good reviews. This place offers a half and half version for a 2.00 charge, so we opted for that. Unfortunately, they didn't read the order very closely because they put onions and black olives on the entire pizza rather than just half as we requested and paid the extra 2.00 for. Disappointed when you get back to your place and find that they didn't follow the clear order instructions. This is about caring for your customer satisfaction. Do NOT offer to customize if you are not going to do it, and do not add an extra charge for something you are not going to follow through with. I did give two stars because the pizza was fresh for one star and ready on time for a second star. I like the topping options, but wish they would have got this right for us last night.
No, I did not call to complain or tell them as there was nothing that could be done at that point. We were hungry and we didn't want to go back out in the cold to go get a new pizza. Hopefully, these reviews help the staff to improve in these areas. Like I said, the pizza was hot and done on time. The ingredietns seemed fresh....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not order pizza here again. I ordered on Victoria day, placed my order at 11am and delivery took 40 min.
Pesto was from a squeeze tube. They didn't take the time to smear the pesto smoothly. Tube-like lines of pesto can be seen throughout the pizza. Visually it looked and tasted like a frozen supermarket pizza. The ingredients were chopped up in squares, eg. Tomatoes. Pizza cost $38, $5 delivery, $2 for half and half toppings. Their visa machine didn't work so I was forced to pay cash. He couldn't get a signal to approve the transaction. However, the delivery guy was nice and polite. I'm disappointed with the taste, presentation and quality and care in making the pizza. Pizza was mildly warm and not hot. I don't believe the good reviews are legitimate. It definitely fooled me to choosing this pizza place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very good. Would recommend. Wish there was one of these closer to where I live. We got a poutine, beef samosas and the giant unlimited topping pizza. I figured that with unlimited toppings they would kinda be chince, but to my surprise it was well topped. The poutine was great as were the samosas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idk how this place have such a good rating on Google. Ordered BBQ pizza but there was barely any BBQ sauce. Wings were cold and dry. The cinnamon sticks were probably the most sad looking cinnamon sticks I have ever seen. Overall a very average pizza place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic! Delicious pizza and a great deal for an unlimited toppings pizza that is well made and tastes so good. They don't skimp on the toppings. At first we thought they forgot the pepperoni but they layered it at the bottom and had a ton of it covering the entire surface as shown in the picture. They have a great online ordering system and also allow half and half pizzas. Wish I had one of these close to me. Won't hesitate to get this again. TIP: liquor store is right next door so easy to get some local beer to go with your pizza
