Unreliable electricity tripped camper. Units super close to each other. Sap trees destroyed new awning - nothing gets it out. Was removing buds for weeks. Super close to town, but in no way worth it.

Honest opinion: We are pretty low key, easy to please people and the experience wasn’t great but wasn’t awful. -Sites are way too small. You should be paying half the price because of that. -Bathrooms aren’t horrible but aren’t great. -Workers were kind. -Other people staying there were nice but were up super late and because of the small camp sites it made it hard to sleep. -Trains and trucks are loud but didn’t bother us. Overall, we only stayed there for about 12 hours for a stop over and it had the bare minimum of what we needed. Would not stay again.

Pretty good place to park. We arrived here last minute trying to find a place to stay I was also told the employee's were pretty nice. They had a spot and the noise isn't too bad at the spot we were at. The bathrooms were cleaner than I thought. This place is a little pricy though. Nothing outstanding, a very decent place to stay.

We've camped in parks across 7 provinces, and I can easily say that this significantly over priced little spot is by far the worst. In addition to the other poor reviews of this place I will add the following: It was very dirty with car parts, rotten mattresses and used toilet paper strewn about our site. Additionally you get the periodic smell of sewage to add it all. The train noise and vehicle traffic isn't that bad, and the park could be a little gem if the owners cleaned it and didn't over pack it. Until that happens, I highly recommend avoiding this place.

We just spent 5 nights at Rundle Mountain RV Canmore (August 2021) and we were very disappointed. The Campground is very close to Canmore Town Centre - but it is very poorly maintained. There were a few permanent sites that were just junk yards. Although they advertise full hook ups it appeared that they were full of trailers for rent and short term rentals did not have an option of full hook up. There are only 4 bathrooms for the campground. Each bathroom has one shower and toilet. My first impression was that they were dirty. On our second night 2 of the bathrooms had toilets that backed up and were out of use. A repair man was there and the sewer auger was down the toilets for the remainder of our stay. The smell was bad. I understand these issues can happen, but what was not acceptable was that the bathrooms were not cleaned. The serwer auger was all all over the bathrooms and the grounds with no cleaning. The remaining 2 bathrooms were not cleaned and looked as though they had not been cleaned for a very long time. After the second night I went and complained about the filth in the bathrooms. Nothing happened. On our 4th day I went to the office and asked the person in the office to follow me, whilst walking to the bathroom area the other campground worker (don't know if they were the owners or just workers) was approaching, I asked him to also follow me. I opened the door to one bathroom and asked them "How can you think that this is acceptable?" The sites were $50 per night for power and water alone. The bathroom I showed them, as an example, had paper and dirt all over the floor, the bathmats looked like they had never been lifted to clean under and the basin, toilet and shower look dirty. I also told them that I was disappointed that the campground staff had not offered an apology, portaloos or compensation for the fact that only 2 washrooms were functional. The following morning I was pleased to see the toilet, basin and floor of this washroom had been wiped, however the filth under the floor mat was still present. I could not believe, however, that they had only done a quick clean of the one washroom I had shown as an example...the others were just as filthy!

The only good thing about this place is that it's close to Banff National Park. The guy working the office was nice too but other than that this place was horrible.. mainly because there are a few sets of train tracks right behind the property.. the first night wasn't too bad, maybe 3 trains passed... The second night over 14 trains passed between 9pm and when i finally fell asleep. My entire camper would shake from the passing trains.. Even though i paid for another night it wasn't worth it, i left and found another place. --- **i am 95% sure that the good reviews are left by management or friends of management... This place is horrible and there is no getting used to the loud ass trains that pass by.**

Trains were frequent but they do not blow their horns so they did not bother us at night. Make sure you have a 50’ water hose as the water is at the back of the stall. We were unable to hook up sewer as our hose would not reach. This place is okey for an overnight stay. We choose it rather than the first come first serve campground so we would be sure to have a spot for a Friday night Staff are friendly and helpful. Great place if you want to rent a bike and ride the Legacy Trail that runs right in front of the campground
