β β β β β As usual Wendy's. It is usually less crowded compared to Tim Hortons located in the same building. You should go there for food as well as the view.

β β β β β Staff were courteous and friendly. Food was good and hot. Bathrooms were pretty shady (filthy and lock broken on stall) but in fairness they are the responsibility of the Tim Hortons next door.

β β β β β We stopped at this combined Wendy's/Tim Horton's to order food and use the washrooms. The ladies washrooms had 3 stalls, but one had no functioning door and the other stall had no toilet paper. The tile floors were soiled. After waiting to use the only functioning stall, I found the sinks had no water, and the sanitizer bottle was empty. This very un-sanitary situation makes me question the hygiene standards at this restaurant, and it's kitchen employees. By law, a restaurant must have functioning washrooms in order to serve food. We left the restaurant without ordering any food, and I will be reporting this restaurant's violations to Tim Horton's head office.

β β β β β A disappointing experience following an otherwise very fun evening!
Food was good, nothing to complain about there, unfortunately the customer service was terrible though. We were served by a middle-aged (40 something) woman who was ignorant, rude and dismissive. Her ineptitude, lack of attention and poor customer service caused a long queue.
Considering the choice of 3 other drive-through burger places within a 5 minutes of here I would recommend going somewhere else.

β β β β β One of the better places to grab a quick bite. There's lots of seating available and the drive-through window is speedy. Only complaint is the dining area doesn't get cleaned often enough.
