★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They helped me promptly and were very polite, I got my WiFi router in a box right away and plugged it at home in 5 min. BellMTS wanted me to wait 2 weeks for wi-fi assembly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Shaw customer for more than 2 years, moved to new location an year ago, and started having problems with connectivity, called shaw number of times, but no initiation was taken to resolve. At last in frustration I decided not to continue with them and called to cancel my contract. At this point they sent a tech to check, he changed modem, but still no improvement. I called again and the rep informed that my modem is old and a new modem will be required to get speed I am contracted and paying for, at additional monthly cost, which is ridiculous. When you have contracted and charging money for the service, why should I pay additional to get same assured speed. Further if I break contract, I am liable to pay fee to break contract for remaining period. Disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm surprised to give Shaw a 5-star rating, and this only really refers to the service I received from Raj today, signing up for services. She took good care of me and was very friendly. Like any long-time Shaw client, I've got my complaints about their overall business and services, but today I was treated well. Happy to have a relatively decent rate on a 2-year plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and friendly agent. Explained I didn't have a computer or access to a printer. Agent printed off my agreement with Shaw and explained how to create my account. Totally satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although very unhappy with Shaw (they just lost me after 12 straight years) this place made my equipment return easy. Didn't have to wait long, staff knew what they were doing and they had me closed out within a couple minutes. So good experience at this location, but bad experience with Shaw in general past couple years. Bye Shaw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, the women who were working there today were really snobby, I went in there to ask for a wifi installation and the first thing the lady asked me for was if she can do a hard credit check before they can even help me.
I’ve never had that happen to me ever and I’ve been with Shaw my whole I will not ever step foot back in this location just because of the way I was treated and laughed at by this other lady who was working there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kinda snotty employees who don't like to be told anything contrary to what they are telling you. I take my 74 yr old grandmother there so she can do her bills payment and when she doesn't understand something (I've tried to explain but she wants to hear it from them) and asks and asks her questions regarding her bill, it's like their demeanor changes; bad vibes. I saw them getting snippy with another elderly lady there asking about stuff. Maybe Shaw should let them know to be more patient with the elderly. But in the end her questions were answered sufficiently and her bills were taken care of quickly. She was satisfied. Maybe just don't act like you'd rather be anywhere else than dealing w an elderly customer lol
