★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited in Dec 23, 2017 to upgrade my wife’s phone from iphone5S to 8.. The young fellow tried to help us but it took him an hour with the help of someone online @ Rogers Support Chat live, he transfered the old sim to the new and that’s it... and he sent us home without setting it up, telling us to set it up online... We went home... and the phone seated in its box for over a week none functional... had to put myself the old sim back to old phone because the new phone was not set up.. Is this how we help Rogers customer now? I hope not, and obviously not... from what I’ve read, Rogers claims and adhere strongly to “exemplary” customer service, just like any businesses that I’ve worked for and or dealt with...
Never heard a “thank you” and or a “ sorry” although I said thank you...I understood he is new in the job..

Very rude, the feeling where they were rushing the customers and telling them they cant do anything for you because it's almost closing time. Very inconsiderate and terrible customer service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It makes things a little difficult because they are so small and also franchised. I had troubles with a previous phone(manufacturing problems) and felt there was little to nothing they could do. It did get fixed thanks to one of the employees but it was alot more work on my part then I would've liked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with my fiancé to get a new phone as our contracts were both matured and we were on our last billing cycle for it to reach its full term. We walk into the store only to be greeted by a lady who claimed to be a manger with no uniform on and a nasty attitude. The store had just opened up after the ban on public gatherings was lifted due to the covid 19 pandemic. They had these box shaped drawings on the floor to observe social distancing so I asked politely if me and fiancé could both stand in the box together as we both resided in the same house only to be addressed in the most verbally dehumanizing way and literally kicked out of the store because only my fiancé was willing to get a phone after the way she spoke to me I wasn’t going to do business there. Worst store to get service at in the city. Never going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very nice but super slow. Things needed a lot of time and a lot of phone calls to be done. Always technical issues. Wasted a day to do a contract and another day to return a device while it should take a couple of minutes. Honestly disappointed
