★ ★ ★ ★ ★ David gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received in terms of a phone purchase/dealing with a phone companies customer service. I had a major issue occur where a loyalty win back offer from Bell was supposed to be applied to my account but wasn’t and he noticed it after the fact and helped me navigate through it. There was an issue where I needed to fix my original phone purchase transaction in order to get the phone plan figured out properly and he talked to Bell and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met.
Over the course of a 2 week period David reached out to me personally once he realized that the plan wasn’t put through properly on Bells end and he offered to help me fix it. He customized his schedule to meet my needs (I was going through an apartment move so I had a really tight schedule) and he made it work for himself to help me out. He also even found a way through a promotion to get me a $150 in store credit that I wasn’t expecting and I got an awesome Bluetooth speaker, wall plug and a screen protector with it! (Super helpful for me. Plus he put on the screen protector himself!)
I honestly hate dealing with phone companies and dealers, they always feel like they are trying to take advantage of me and make money off me but David made me feel the complete opposite way. It felt like he was trying to save me money and he calmed all my nerves and in the end he helped me get through a very complicated, scary 2 weeks of not knowing what was going on with my phone and phone plan and made it feel like a breeze.
I am very appreciative of his help and I recommend him to anyone who’s looking to purchase or upgrade to a new phone. I know that I won’t be going to anyone else from now on.

After assessing my requirements, Matthew gave me multiple options to provide a prepaid plan on an older phone for my father. He made sure that the Chattr SIM card would work with the older phone and made test calls to ensure the phone was connected to the network. Very impressed with Matthew's service level.
