★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by the store a few days ago to see the Pokémon products. Wife and I were greeted by David! Very friendly and patient. Was working on a phone repair when we got in and he just let us browse til we were ready to grab some items. Tons of Pokémon TCG product. Would definitely buy more products here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER go here. i was here tonight where i witnessed Dave the owner scream and yell at a young girl who was terrified of him and just wanted to take a look at her phone to ensure its working. he screamed at her, calling her names and refused to give her back her phone. the poor girl was absolutely terrified of him i don't even have words. i couldn't imagine how it would've ended if i wasn't there with my friend and gave her my phone to call the cops.

Do not go here unless you want to be scammed and lied to.
My friend paid Dave Erwin a $300 deposits to fix her phone and said if she paid an extra $20 he would have it fixed by the end of day.
She inquired about the status of her device as it’s been all day but hasn’t heard anything back from Dave Erwin. She noticed him driving around the city with her phone (she has find my iPhone on and took screenshots of everything) Dave said he wasn’t able to have it fixed yet because he didn’t have the screens and was too busy running around getting groceries for his son.
Why would you take her money and her phone, not only that but also promising to have her phone fixed today knowing you don’t have the tools to fix it?
Dave, I’m not sure where you learned how to run and maintain a business but I can guarantee you this is not it. $320 seems to be more important to you than having a good relationship with the people that trust you enough to take your word.
Stay far away from here!

I got my iPhone 11 fixed there today, friendly service, quick turnaround time and very reasonably priced ( I messaged around to other shops and this one by far had the best prices) will 100% use this shop again for future repairs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not do business with this man if you want to be yelled and scream at for asking to view your phone after it was fixed. Says he uses Apple products but doesn’t as my battery is now not working. Over charges for simple fixes and takes two days for it. Have witness as well of him screaming at me. Defiantly won’t be going back and taking to small claims cause i was way over charged. Also have a couple other people with similar stories from dealing with this business man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this cell repair shop on marketplace and very impressed with the service. David is kind, knowledgeable at what he does, has affordable prices and speedy fast at repairing your screen. I had a very limited schedule for finding a time to fix my phone and he actually opened up 3 hours early to let me come in and get my screen fixed which shows the level of customer service at Cell Me is above and beyond. The type of place that actually cares about their customers. I’ve broken my share of iPhone screens over the years and the service I received at Cell Me has been the best all around. Hope I’ll never crack a phone screen again but likely I will and I know that I will definitely go back to Cell Me next time! 10/10 recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow - such great service. I was in a pinch and he fixed my iPhone in a flash! Super fast, super friendly, more than a fair deal. I went the first time because the location was convenient for me (the store is right beside Bar Italia), but I would go out of my way to give them my return business. Highly recommended.
