GameKnight holds a special place in my heart - they were my gateway into modern board games and LCGs like Android Netrunner, L5R, and Marvel Champions. I've been shopping with them since they were at their previous location, and I inadvertently found out back then that one of my fellow hometown acquaintances was working there (shout out to Ben). Since then, GameKnight has supplied me with many board games, X-Wing miniatures, D&D books, various LCGs, and now Magic cards and accessories. When I'm in the city, they're a little bit out of the way for me from my usual hotel, but they are well worth the trip. The new location is much larger than their old one, and I love the whole castle exterior - it's super on brand for them. When I was stuck home during the pandemic, they were very accommodating with either shipping or holding my orders. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable - truly the finest knights in all the land!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of games, and some hard to find ones too. Friendly staff, we were greeted the moment we walked in and there were a lot of conversations going on with staff and customers. I'd love to give this store 5 stars but it's hard to when their prices are so high. In comparison to say Amazon it's a great deal, but there are a lot of cheaper alternatives online, even when you have to pay shipping. I'm not going to list them here because that would be rude, but Canada doesn't have a lot of good game stores to chose from, but there are 2 or 3 which really stand out in terms of prices. Unfortunately, Game Knight Games isn't one of them. Selection is pretty good, value... Not so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this game store!! Their selection is quite large and the staff seem really knowledgeable about the games. You can request games they don't have I believe (such as popular games that sell out quickly). They have a good puzzle selection as well and those run around 20 bucks. It is right on Osbourne st but there is typically parking nearby.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. store is compliant with vax & cleaning regulations. the in-store gaming room is ample for both tournaments and game rentals/trials. excellent fgs
