★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I was put off by how empty the store was, and the walls were lined with obviously knock-off phone cases. At first I thought it might be one of those stores that is just a 'cover' for some other non legit business, BUT... I was pleasantly surprised. I came in for a malfunctioning lock button on my iPhone and, Russ I think his name was, said it would cost 40$ and take about an hour to fix. 40 was by far the cheapest I could find in the city by far. I waited for about 20 mins, then he comes back and shows he has fixed the issue. I was happy! Not only that, he also gave me a 180day warranty on his work, which I wasn't expecting.
I'd like to support this business by sending my friends there! Good job, Dynamic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would take my phone back to these guys. If you're thinking of it, get people's names and get things quoted clearly. I had an issue day after and they dealt with me quickly and stood behind the work they did for me. They don't tell you about the 6 month warranty either...but they offer one.
The guy quoted me a price to fix my digitizer/screen over the phone of 80$ and then told me once I'd driven across the city that his price didn't include labour and I'd need to pay another 40$ for that. The repair was done very well and quickly; the parts aren't fake and the price was reasonable, but unfortunately not made clear. Just make sure you clarify things when being quoted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic fast service! I was able to come back the next day when it was convenient for me and my computer was fixed. Russell told me if there was any issues when I got it home just to bring it back no charge. The cost was very reasonable and he was very considerate of my time as I work nights. I will be going back to Dynamic for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open on Saturday, walked in with my phone and got immediate service, came back in 20 minutes. My headphones kept popping out of the jack so it was very hard to listen to music. Same for the charging cable. They were able to clean both and phone feels like new now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used this service many times and personally had a great enough experience to recommend to many friends.
Unfortunately, my friends did not have a good experience and stay far away from this place. It's very sad to recommend a place and then have them flop hard on friends that trust you for good sources.
One of them had a simple SSD installation on a gaming laptop and SOMEHOW the motherboard ends up messed up and now their laptop is UNUSABLE?
How could a simple SSD installation completely break a laptop? They didn't even want to fix the problem, just made a new one. They blamed the problem on the laptop manufacturer and called it a day. This is very unprofessional.
