โ โ โ โ โ I'm using my daughter's gmail account but Christine was very helpful and informative about the device (iPhone 11) I was purchasing. She has really great customer service as she gave me a lot of resourceful information before I purchased my phone. She also gave me a great deal. Overall very happy with my experience and I'm satisfied with my purchase. Staff is very respectful and friendly, I highly recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ I was helping someone in the hospital to get time on their phone.. I purchased a 60.00 MTS card and when they tried to enter the code it did not work. I went right back in the store and asked them why this did not work on a BellMts phone they said I should have purchased a Bell card and they would not switch the card. Now I am out 60.00 just for trying to help someone. The numbers are gone off of the slip and the only thing I have is the serial number. It was in my wallet and the numbers are gone. I cant even sell it to someone who needs it. So much for trying to do a good deed.

โ โ โ โ โ Just trashy. bell took around $100 off of me at this point. First payment, they took my money 3 TIMES and the data only lasted for 1 month. Then recently I have repaid my data after not having data for a couple months. They charged me for 2 months of NOT HAVING DATA. Then they wanted to take ANOTHER months worth for the next month, after i just paid for 2 months that I DID NOT have data. Very very dissapointed and angry. Would not recommend bell to anybody.

โ โ โ โ โ Went to Bellmts to get myself a new phone and I was helped by a wonderful person named Christine. Very nice and helpful with explaining how my bill will work and what Iโm covered for. Not to mention got me a great phenomenal deal for a new phone. Wonderful person to talk to while all of my stuff was being transferred to the new phone. She even helped with the transfer of my information from one phone to the other, usually some dealers donโt help you with that and Iโm glad she did well done. Excellent customer service skills. Well done magnificent chefs kiss bravo Christine give this girl a raise.
