I'm so happy I'm done with this company. After canceling my service they still charged my credit card. It took 3 months to get a refund. The monopoly is over MTS. The public has choices with real companies who have built a business model around a customer centric approach. Wake up!!

Great call service but HORRIBLE installation service. Made an appointment 3-4 weeks ago to have wifi and cable installed today between 12 and 4 and they never showed up. I made it in advance so the excuse of "I didn't have time" couldn't be used. All I was told I could do was wait today to see if the tech will still show up and call tomorrow if they don't to make a new appointment...

the service people are not very good for service as in customer service there .people skill are very bad as in they do not help you out very well as in puts minutes on the phone and move the expire date up by 1 week not 2 months for $30.00 and they refuse to correct the problem..

Been with BELL MTS for approx 12 years. Very loyal customer, paid on time every time. Unfortunately their prices keep inflating year after year, and made no effort to reward their long time customers. Best they would offer is 10$ off for 6 months. Sadly, we took our business to Shaw for their 24 month promo for new customers. Bell makes 100 of millions a year in revenue, however their customer support/ customer loyalty is non existent.

Dylan is one of the most knowledgeable and professional reps I have dealt with. Spent multiple days and multiple phone calls working out a package for me, my wife, and both my kids.

Would give -100 stars if possible. Avoid at all costs!!!! Missed two days of work waiting for tech to install, no show BOTH TIMES. They offer no support other than call back and book an appointment another week away. Use Vmedia or Teksavy. Avoid Bell like the Plaguem

Not sure how Dylan handles the verbal abuse I've witnessed over the past week dealing with him, and how he manages to maintain his professional and friendly attitude throughout the day, all while being the only person in the store.

I was at the store yesterday when there was one employee on the floor at around 2 PM, and around 5-6 customers, including one customer giving the employee at the back counter a really hard time about their pay as you go. The employee after some issues printing from his laptop - tried to inform him that his plan would renew in 7 days, and that if they renewed the plan today - He would be out 7 days from his previous cycle. I was stuck in the store right till 4:30 as I needed extra help, and this gentlemen decided to come back and what felt like heckling, made some rude comments to Dylan - While he was assisting me, and was insistent that since he was in the store a few hours ago that I could wait for "My turn" I sorry Dylan for keeping you for so long and thanks for all your help over the years, I would recommend this store to anybody looking for a knowledgable and helpful Bell employee. Wish Bell hired more employees like you.
