★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Details are personal, trying to get a hold of anyone is impossible. Called person I was directed to, no answer. Called reception and they directed me to his assistant, no answer. Called reception back and they directed me to someone else, more voicemail. Called reception back, said someone would call me back promptly. No call back. When matters need to be dealt with promptly, receiving no call back, within business hours is extremely frustrating. Will continue to try until someone answers the telephone I suppose.
