They took the time to hear what we need, they are professional and knowledgeable. Alain always make sure we understand everything and every single step.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Taylor McCaffrey with high recommendations. Unfortunately the lawyer we requested wasn't taking new clients, we were then recommend by the firm to use lawyer Kim Antonio. We read her reviews on line which were not good, but decided to give her the benefit of the doubt.
We entered into this knowing it would cost us money, but expected to have a professional lawyer that would look after our best interests. This was not the case. After spending over $10,000.00 and countless months of back and forth with her, we cancelled our service with her. It wasn't until this time that we learned she wasn't communicating with the other lawyer dragging things on in the case and when I confronted her on this she stated "it's for your protection". We feel that this was done to retain more work from us.
We ended up representing ourselves and within months it was over. We had 8 months with her "on the case" with absolutely nothing accomplished.
Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. They were blaming my bank and other lawyers just to find out it was them and their lack of efforts. It was frustrating that they wouldn’t simply educate us on the situation. We’re not lawyers! That’s your Job! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taylor McCaffrey has been our lawyer for our personal real estate purchases and also for several corporations we have been involved with.
We own a couple of franchises and our lawyer (Partner at TM) Jack Fleming helped us every step of the way. The best thing about this firm is the breadth of service that it can offer the clients owning to a large multidisciplinary lawyer base - corporate, finance, tax, litigation, labor, real estate, trademark, wills and estate, family - you name it, they have it. They have close alliances with other law firms and independent lawyers so Taylor McCaffrey becomes your one-stop-shop for all your legal needs.
The best service they offer is what they call 'Legal Start' which is a package for small businesses who would like legal advice but need to monitor their cash flows as well. So instead of charging by the hour this fixed fee package allow the clients to make sure of several different services the firm offers including setting up the business.
The first hour or so of consultation is usually free so I recommend you to try the firm out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Taylor McCaffrey LLP for several years to maintain the business records for a Incorporated company. As law standards go these tasks are simple and mundane but they repeatedly misfiled papers and needed constant fallow ups on their work. I had finally had enough and did receive written apologies but there was zero attempt to reconcile or correct their mistakes after the fact. I've spent a lot personal time trying to do the filings myself which defeats the entire purpose of having a law firm take care of it for you. I'd recommend using someone else as I've moved on.
