E	Eric Swanson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to enquire about a personal loan or line of credit, and was advised based on the rate I had (car dealership) that I was best to keep the financing with the car dealer as they coudn't beat it, but to consider them if I ever combined with a morgage. Excellent advise, and I will remember this.

I was told no because the service is strickly for their members only. This is the only credit union that does this, I went to several other ones and they were glad to assist me. I would never recommend this financial institute to any one. My rating is 0, but the rating chart didn't give an opption for 0.

We had a lovely meeting with her only to find out they didn't want to give us the mortgage because and I quote "was nothing in it for them." I was super confused as you probably are now. I can see that their battle plan is to just fold and take whatever then can with them.

This has definitely been the best banking institution we have ever dealt with! We get quick answers, don't have to wait for days to hear back, and we actually feel that they care about us as people.

They've made changes to their system which in turn has made it so we haven't been able to access our accounts or pay our office rent for 2 months. The supervisors are no longer returning calls (unless we complain to branch managers), and claim they're doing paperwork to fix it (again, it's been 2 months). We're done. Changing banks.
