Roger's is absolutely terrible. I joined a family share plan 2 years ago to help my son mitigate the cost of a ridiculous contract he got wrangled into. At that time we got 3 new headsets for free all current product at the time. Now that it's time for renewal I inquired about what phones were being offered for free on a new contract. Not only did they want to charge me $500.00 per phone for 2 year old product but they tried to increase my monthly bill. When I told them I would buy my phone elsewhere and asked how much my monthly bill would go down now that I didn't have a device balance they told me due to an increase in rates I would still pay the same and get no phones. Their customer retention personnel is horrifying all they wanted to do was increase my bill. I have paid these clowns 5400.00 over the last 2 years. Essentially half the price of a new compact car. Stay away from these people the have no value in your loyal patronage.

Eric got me the phone I wanted for less than the phone I could afford. I've never had a bad experience with rogers, I have service where friends don't, I have an amazing phone, and if I pay my bill late I don,t suffer any loss of service, just very small fees (like $3). I,ve been with all the companies, and I can safely say I am happy to stay with Rogers for the forseeable future.

I bought a plan with the best coverage (as I believed), and Eric ensured me that I didn’t have any limits for calls within Canada. Then I have $70.00 extra for one call from Winnipeg to Edmonton. When I came and asked questions they said you have a local plan. So you need to pay those $70 and now pay extra $10 each month for future months. It’s insane, they just lie to people. Now I see they have very bad reviews. The only positive one is written by Eric. And guess what, the person that sold a plan to me in this store is Eric. I am pretty sure he wrote that positive review himself. Lie.. Lie..

Worst place. Can’t do one thing accurately. A guy promised me $200 credits and waiving the activation fee if I add a new line. He didn’t fulfill his promise which I came to know when I was billed $214 plus bill. Ridiculous. Keep off from these robbers. Go to Telus. I can’t wait for my term to end with this awful company.

Portage Place Rogers is the worst. Worst customer service,employee Dustin,was yelling at me,taking a long phone call while dealing with us. No knowledge on anything,no customer service Experience. Do not go there.

I called to get customer service, but I couldn't reach them with that number though I tried so many times. The number was not going through. Rogers are so terrible.

Customer service is a joke to the employees at this location especially Dustin. You can tell he does not want to work. I asked about the deals and add in to my current plan. The guy literally just gives one word answer. If you hate your job this much then why don’t just quit and find something that makes you happy. If anyone in the management is reading this, look at the other reviews. Dustin seems to be the common denominator in providing the worst customer service. Seems like its time that someone from the management to have a little chat with this guy.
