COVID-19 UPDATE
Our Grant Park clinic is open by appointment for mammography and breast ultrasound. Saturday appointments are available. Our community X-ray clinics are open as always for walk-in patients with requisitions Monday to Friday. We maintain the highest health and safety standards and implemented additional measures at the beginning of the pandemic. If you have cold or flu symptoms or if you have recently returned from travel please call us before entering. Companions must stay outside the clinic. Masks are mandatory.

We are conveniently located at Grant Park Shopping Centre. Use the mall entrance beside the Prairie Ink Restaurant at McNally Robinson. Our clinic is right beside the A&W.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going there for the past few years, each time they recommend that I have a follow-up with them in a year. I have to make an appointment with my GP who sends the requisition. Last requisition was sent in May. I have called them twice to see if they received the requisition (my GP said he sent it). I left voicemail each time, their message indicating they will return my call within 1 business day. That was over a week ago. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sat for an hour, 8 people behind me got taken in, they forgot about me. Receptionist is beyond rude, not just in person but rude on the phone as well. Thumbs down due to rudeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, clean and modern facility. Apart from the receptionist being a bit rude all the other staff were amazing.
I had arrived 20 mins early by mistake so they took me in 10 mins before my appointmen, I was very pleasantly surprised by this.
I would of given this place 5 stars but I really did not like the way the staff were standing outside the change rooms talking to other staff about all patients personal medical problems, history and conserns. There seems to be little confidentiality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with how well they handled everything during a Code Red Level in this pandemic. A warm welcome from reception, extremely clean, they kept each patient separate & safe, gentle & kind bedside manner from the two technicians & the Doctor that I saw. They made such a nerve wracking event much more peaceful. Yes, you will wait a bit longer than usual, but they have to sanatize each room, each machine/equipment & your locker room space in-between patients & there are less patients in at once due to safe distancing. 5 stars not enough in my opinion. ?

When the receptionist called me for an appontment reminder I asked if I could still keep the appointment although I am recently pregnant and she responded "yep should be fine" well I show up 9am on a Sat morning an *hour drive for me. Only to be sent home by the x-ray tech, the tech was very kind, however I recieved no appology from reception which is why I write this review, How untrained is the receptionist to be doing this? Blows my mind...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of the staff were so kind! The office is super clean, and all the staff were so gracious when I was a few minutes late for my appointment due to traffic. I did not have to wait at all, and the test itself was really quick. Definitely recommend!
