Service was great until they completely cheaped our on a screen replacement and charged double then what we got with Someone else. They were incompetent to actually do the job correctly would not recommend if wanting reliable service

Went here to get the back of my galaxy s8 replaced. The guy was nice but couldn't figure out how to take off the back of my phone to replace it. When he finally figured it out, there were lots of marks left on the sides of my phone from him trying to force it off. He also switched out the original camera lens so now every time I use the camera, theres a strange glare in the corner, making it pretty much unuseable. The touch sensor part is also super wiggly, I asked him about it and he said as long as it works, it's fine and he wont do anything about it.... the backing he used also was not original but a knock off. You can tell because the "Samsung" is not reflective. All in all, I would not recommend this place or any of their branches. Go to someone who is certified. If I knew this would be the outcome, I would've preferred my cracked backing over this as my phone was still working properly with no issues like these.

In less than 24 hours since they 'fixed' my battery it's already giving me issues again - the phone will only charge up to 1% then shut off so my phone is completely unusable now. They claimed to have put in a brand new battery... While doing the repair they tried to use tape off of the old battery and put it onto the new battery - it was a hack job. I questioned them and they used proper tape only after I spoke up. When I questioned what they were doing they were extremely rude and at one point the employee even questioned where my boyfriend went. My phone isn't even functioning after bringing it to them and now I have to go out and get it repaired by someone else - this time I'll choose a company that actually knows what they are doing. I'm disgusted with how they treated me and the service I received. STEER CLEAR - DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!!

I am so happy today I replaced my iphone 6 screen here. The guy name Mehmood was very professional that he fixed my phone very quick right in front of me with a good quality lcd...the other place which i went was very horrible they put a very crappy screen.. which stopped working in a day..Cellicon guy gave me a good discount on case and screen protector and also a 30 day warranty which the other store didn't gave me.

DO NOT USE CELL ICON GRANT PARK. we took my daughters tablet in to have the charging port fixed. They had it for over 2 weeks when they told us 2 days THEN when they finally did sodder a new charging port, it was done noticeably poorly. It wiggled and would not charge properly. Today we took it to Mobile tech lab on Corydon and when they took off the back they immediately noticed the charging port was not put on correctly and moved around (we have pictures and a video as proof) They secured it the way it should have been done in the first place. After months of thinking the tablet was just toast , its finally fixed !! GO TO MOBILE TECH LAB ON CORYDON and not here - mobile tech lab also has fantastic friendly staff (unlike cell icon) and they WILL price match !!

The attendant was very friendly and knowledgeable about mobile phone repair. He's able to fix your phone quickly while you watch if you are interested, or you can go shopping and come back later. I had a cracked screen and it was fixed in no time. Good prices too.

They replaced a battery for me on a Galaxy S6 - the guy doing the repair was great but the battery was defective. It started fading after 2 weeks - after 4 weeks it was bulging and became unusable. They claimed it was my fault for leaving the phone plugged in overnight. They also would not do anything to fix the problem (as I did not save my receipt). Cheap batteries and poor customer service.

My daughter took her iphone to get screen replaced. A month later it didnt work. We took to the guy but didnt have receipt only credit card bill. He said sorry cant help you. He also said "we havent used this type of screen for months". I said thats strange since we were here a month ago... sorry sir. Basically they used a cheap screen. Go to mobile tech lab
