I dealt with Diego at this location both days and he was a real hero to me. A lot of technology stuff is overwhelming and confusing for me. I really appreciated Diego’s patience and calm demeanour during the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable. Upgraded two phones. Didn't have both phones in stock. Had to pick up at another location, not a huge deal. However I got a screen protector and it is terrible. Sides of screen do not work and the nice employee installed it, but unfortunately his finger print is on the inside where the thumb print recognition part is. So I currently can't use this feature. I will go back tomorrow to try to refund the protector.
**update, I went back today and they unfortunately did not have one to exchange for, but they gave me a refund which was really appreciated. This place gave the best service. I believe Diego was the staff member that helped me. Exceptional service. I'm changing my rating to a 5.
