I tried to exchange it for a larger size and they refused to do it without an order number or a receipt, even though the tags were still on it. Now I have a useless shirt that doesn’t fit and I’ll never ever shop at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy this store. We don’t have enough children’s stores like this in the city. Trendy Tots includes a wonderfully curated of unique and conscious toddler clothing that is perfect for the person who is looking for something modern, trendy and/or minimalist for their child. I’ve had many wonderful and lasting pieces from here. Although I did have one item that fell apart (unravelled) with only a few wears, despite being taken care of. However, most pieces are great and my experiences with staff is always pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the staff was as helpful as they could be, I am disappointed in my overall experience. I purchased some clothing that was not wife approved. Tried to return them the next week when I was in this part of town. They were already closed (not a fan of the closing times on a weekday when people have to work). I then came back again to return my purchases to be told sorry but after 2 weeks as stated on the receipt no returns or exchanges. The items were new in the bag with tags and never worn. No options offered for in store credit or any other thing that could be helpful. Guess making 1 sale is more important than customer service. I will never be back. And neither will anybody I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really want to like this store. They have nice stuff and I like to support local businesses. However prices are high, even on past season items. It is also annoying that their policy is to never issue refunds, even on regular priced items returned on the same day they were purchased. I’ll probably keep shopping here if I need something last-minute and don’t have time for online options, but that is probably the only time.
