★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Customer service was non-existent. Wanted to rent a couple tents for an event and they had no care to get back to me. I had called and texted their number multiple times and eventually had the AUDACITY to respond back to me with “wrong number” (it was NOT the wrong number).
