It's such a great place, I recommend it to anyone out to make a purchase or need advice to purchase electronic device or mobile plan.They definitely give me good explanation compared to who I had with other store. She helped us all through out with our new plan with bell, she worked overtime with extra 2 hours after their closing time just to help us with all the possible dicsounts / offer that will suit our needs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Customer service rep Jass was awesome. She was so friendly and went out of her way for me on multiple occasions. I called the store looking for a product that they unfortunately didn’t have. She called ME back and told me that she found one at another store. She also was very good at explaining what she was giving me ( in regards to my new contract) and explains step-by-step and If i still wasn’t understanding she was so patient and would keep trying until I got it. Very easy going and super friendly, i was so impressed with her skills i asked how long she’s been working there , and to my surprise not even a full year!!!!!! Based on her not being there a full year I completely was shocked based on her knowledge about everything i was asking about. I never really had an opinion about the source but she gave me the best experience with phone buying i have ever received. Thank you so much Jass you’re amazing and people should know how great you are!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in with the intention of buying a console, but I walked out with not only a huge deal on said console but a new phone and several accessories.
The employee helping me, Jass, was a phenomenal salesperson. She provided immaculate service throughout transferring my data to the new phone as well as assisting with accessories for my new console. Throughout the transaction she was personable and friendly.
I am ecstatic with the service provided and I will absolutely be returning in the future for my electronic purchases.
