Had a five star experience after looking for a new desktop pc . Once getting past a sales person names Snehah that had no clue what she was talking about, or selling ,and just kept saying Acer to me when I had other questions . I went looking for pc subwoofers, and found another sales assistant in Venly . I dealt with Venly after her ,and he was exceptional.Venly was proactive, and anticipated my needs helping me compare specifications to my current pc ,for finding similar or better in the new pc. In the end I went online while first I decided to find a new pc subwoofer speaker system, and Venly helped me find the largest I could lift at 400w in Logistics ,and I waited while Venly went to the back to get it. I also went online to the best buy site, and found a similar computer with the GHZ ,and 1TB of space I prefer ,and 8GB Ram in the Acer Asprire PC at a great price during their black Friday month sales . Venly offered assistance with them into the car ,and I thanked Venly for all personable ,courteous, and Informed service . Venly also offered an E-receipt at checkout. I ,got everything home safely,and love my new electronics. ??Best Buy five stars, always 100 percent for pc assistance, and sales for the new Acer Aspire, and my precious previous Asus desktop pc. Reccomend asking for Venly . Avoid Snehah and you should not encounter any issues .Thanks .????

Had the pleasure of dealing with Reggie. He is now the only person I will deal with. What a friendly and caring person. Super knowledgeable and was the reason I bought at best buy instead of shopping around first.

Needed a new laptop and printer. Went inside to figure out what I need. Talked to the sales staff about laptops. They werenโ€™t like the old geek squad that took pride in knowing all the details and nuances about every product. They just kind of listened and gave me one suggestion.What worked better was looking at the laptops and trying them. The instrument section was awesome and the squad was so helpful and passionate in that section.

Called the store phone number. Was told by the person who answered that they opened at 10 am. When I arrived they opened at 11. Hard to imagine this level of sheer incompetence. I certainly will not make this purchase there. Great work Best buy.

This chain was good before into home stuff only. Don't buy electronics here they don't support them. Literally can't buy a laptop charger from them in person. After frustrating experience called CDC computers. Got exact part and customer care want business. Go there instead.

Had a great experience being helped by Mo and Raviโ€ฆ helped my friend get a laptop for school with warranty at a great price with friendly smiles. We had to ask the desk for help when we arrived but the experience was great.

Very good shopping experience. They came close to matching Home Depot's sale prices, and had the appliances in stock. Home Depot would have been a two month wait. Sales person was good to deal with but could be a little more knowledgeable on the appliances. The delivery guys dinged the fridge when they delivered it but I didn't notice until later. Hopefully the samsung appliances last , seems like new appliances aren't built as good as the old ones from what I've heard.

I literally came here today to purchase a laptop. St. James location Winnipeg. I knew what I wanted but had 1 question I needed to ask. After waiting by the model for over 20 minutes to be served in what was not a busy store and seeing many staff texting and talking but not paying attention I left. Very disappointing experience. Even as I approached the customer service desk they listened to my complaint while not putting their cell phone at their other ear down. Nothing was done other than a word of "so sorry" . You can do better than this Best Buy.
