I truly appreciate her and all the things that she helped my partner and I with. I am very glad to have met her. Dorothy will truly go on to do wonderful things. The world needs more people like her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May 18, 2019, I went to the Virgin Mobile store at Polo Park to get a new phone and have everything transferred from my old phone to my new, which was quite an ordeal. I had a very patient and knowledgeable young man, Shawn, who did it all for me. The service he gave me was more than satisfactory. Thank you Shawn

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff have poor comprehension of what their contracts and promotions entails. The managers actively avpid dealing with anything related to customer care and avoided even responding to a simple email for months on end.
Not to mention the service drops ya out of the blue :( would give 0/5, pick a different company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. Very thorough in explaining the most important parts of the contract that I need to watch out. I did not regret coming here in this kiosk. It has been very productive of my time to come at this kiosk. I would admit that I was traumatized with my experience at Regent kiosk last year but the staff in this location did not rush in explaining the contract and the deals. The staff did answer all my concerns very well. If only I did not need to catch my bus going to work, I do not mind staying for hours so that I will get more and better deals from this kiosk.
Keep up the excellent work!!! 5 stars for this location!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went to this location to upgrade my phone. It was my first experience dealing with this location as I had just moved here from Ontario. From the very start I was impressed with the customer service of all the staff that work here. Especially my dealings with Dorothy, who was nothing shy of outstanding. She worked very patiently with me making sure that I was getting the best plan, and phone, at the very best deal. It is not everyday that you receive this level of customer service. She is knowledgeable, considerate, and cares about the well-being of her customers. I cannot say enough about this very impressive sales rep. If you are looking to upgrade your phone, or thinking about switching your cellphone provider I highly recommend you try Virgin Mobile at Polo Park and go see Dorothy. If I could give more stars, I would !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went in for what I thought would be a painful process of purchasing a new phone. BOY WAS I WRONG !! I had stood outside the establishment very nervous looking when a very kind soul by the name of Keayha approached me and took me in. She listened very carefully to my explanation of what I wanted and needed in a phone and plan. She was able to assist with transferring everything from my previous phone to the new one . Amazing Staff ! Nevermind 5 stars . How about a 10/10 or even better 100 out of 100 !!
