Overall I had a very good experience here on Black Friday. I was helped by Jenna. She was very knowledgable and took her time to get my new S9ยฑ up and working. She also got me a good deal on a New Galaxy Watch and a case. Thank you ;)

Dont bother going into the Polo Park store to talk with someone in person they cannot help you with anything even the manager. But when you call into Fido the customer service is way better. Not sure why there is a difference. I found several times by calling in the staff go above and beyond to keep you as a customer but not at this store they could care less.

They are everything opposite of a good customer service agents. The short guy was so rude to this lady at the door. She was trying to get a new plan and the agent asked her all the wrong questions. And when she couldn't understand he just kept on saying I am confused, what do you want? What are you looking for? In such a rude tone. Instead of changing his question just kept on repeating himself. If your store is a fail, your rude employees are the reason.

Tuesday, June 15. 2020 Fido A Review by Hassan Hawash Decisions, decisions, canโ€™t get over them and you canโ€™t get around them. Guess weโ€™ll have to go through them. This was no lion hunt, but at times it sure felt like I was on one. Such was the hunt for value in the purchase of a new cell phone for my teenage daughter. Well, I eventually got over the initial shock of finding out the price range of mobile phones, starting from well beyond what it was when I was my daughterโ€™s age, and the alternative of buying a replacement battery. I decided it was best to get myself informed. The road to find out led me to Fido. Were we ever fortunate to meet Cyril! After asking for someone to speak to out of sheer serendipity it was Cyril who got the nod to come out. This young man proved to have innate people skills. He was in tune with the give and take of conversation skills. He listened actively and provided measured responses. My daughter and I couldnโ€™t have been happier. Not only was he well able for our every question, query and probing lines of inquiry, but he also added beyond the call of duty. You could practically see the wheels turning in the mind of this 2nd year Marketing student over at the University of Manitoba. I felt schooled by this wise young man. There was a role reversal of sorts as far as age and profession go. Cyril was the sage on the stage. I wonโ€™t go into great detail, but he provided me with the awareness I needed as a consumer to be an informed buyer. In the end, we didnโ€™t get a lion, but we did get a lioness like colour to my daughterโ€™s cell phone. With all that said, Fido can count on me as a repeat customer due, in large part, to Cyril. I highly suggest, if not Cyril, at least give Fido the time of your day, you will not be disappointed.

I have had three cellphones in the last 15 years. Each one of them have been great. Staff are fantastic and always willing to lend a helping hand. My whole family deals with Fido. We wl go nowhere else.

Went to get a sim card yesterday and there were two unprofessiona, rude , clown, racist guys sitting there and asking me 99 questions like why do I need a new sim card for? We need your 2 photo id and work place and so on. I asked them why they need 2 photo id, and then they both replied lots of scum going on in Africa. Those 2 Indian guys discriminate me based on my background and skin color. These 2 wiierdo guys treated me like they were in India. Stay away from this place. It's one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered in North America.

Here you will find 2 unprofessional weird men not doing thier job right. I went to this store May 4, 2022 to buy a new phone which fido offered me exclusive loyalty offer for 0 down payment and these 2 men wanted to make me pay $800 down payment and $60 dollar monthly payment on top of that. Beware of these men they have one of the worst customer service and they will do anything to get undeserved $ from your pocket. Beware of this place and avoid it by any means or else they will ripe you off
