I had a really great experience today with two of the staff at this location. I found them really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They told me to call if I had any questions and I walked out feeling really happy. Thanks to those two for being so kind :)

Not just for professionals! Anyone that dyes their hair should check out Sally's by Park & Tilford. Their selection is great and the prices are reasonable. Every employee I have been helped by was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuine.

Best customer service. Lady with the lime green hair is the greatest retail worker on the planet. I did not ask her name (oops), but I love her and I 10/10 recommend her and this Sally’s to all people with hair and faces. A+

I'm a regular customer at this location. Just today I had purchased some items and unfortunately, I had absentmindedly left them at the bus stop nearby. When I realized, I headed straight back. I found the bag, but unfortunately, some pathetic person stole all my items, including the receipt. I went back into the store, visibly upset and the staff were very empathetic towards the situation. There wasn't much they could do, however it was suggested to call customer service for a coupon - they're pretty good about things like that. While on the phone waiting to speak to someone, one of the staff went ahead and repurchased 3 out of the 4 items I had just gotten, as a way to pay it forward. THANK YOU. It was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. I'm on a budget, which is why I need to go to Sally's to do my own hair. I guess the person who stole from me didn't think of that. Staff also took down my information in case the person tried return my items, they could get in touch with me. Customer service gave me a coupon as well when I explained the situation. Thank you to the staff for being kind and helpful, you are awesome!!

Why update your holiday hours if you aren't going to follow them? Drive 40 minutes out of my way on my way home on new years eve because they specifically had their Google listing updates to include their holiday hours to close at 6pm. I arrived at 5:02 and it was closed. I'm all for people leaving to celebrate, but I wouldn't have come if they hadn't specifically said they would be open until 6 that day. If you're thinking about driving from Van, I'd say not to bother! Who knows if they'll be open.

I quickly popped into Sally this evening to browse while waiting for my family. I know it was close to closing so I didn’t expect the associate to go out of their way to accommodate me- but my goodness, Charlie went above and beyond. The second I entered the store, I was greeted with the cheeriest “hello” I’ve ever heard! Around the corner came an absolute ray-of-sunshine of a human-being. Charlie was so remarkably helpful and kind- if it wasn’t so close to closing we almost certainly would’ve stayed longer just to chat! It really felt more like speaking with a friend than a store associate. Even while educating us on store deals and promotions, it never felt pushy, but rather wanting to ensure we had a good experience and got the most for our $$. I am a very socially anxious person, walking into an empty store with one sales associate is usually a personal-nightmare for me. Especially in beauty stores, where it’s very easy to feel self conscious about your skills or even appearance. From the second I walked in, I felt not only helped, but ACCEPTED, and I think there’s a lot of value in that. Any employee can provide decent customer service- it takes a uniquely wonderful human being to provide a safe space and community within a store. Sending love to ya, Charlie!
