★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't say enough nice things about this place. My interactions with them are through their e-commerce website, but they have always gone above and beyond with all my orders. I happened upon the site when Sunday Riley's UFO oil wasn't available at Sephora. Whenever I need really high end, effective skincare that for some reason no one else sells, Eternal Skin Care is there to save the day.
Sometimes my orders are backordered and I have to wait a few weeks, but they let me know right away what the ETA is and then when it's been shipped. I live in Toronto and I receive my order within 3 days! And the packaging! Sephora doesn't even do such a good job packing fragile products! Everything is wrapped in sealed bubble wrap so my products are in exceptional condition when they arrive. They give lots of cool and useful samples that make go right back and place another order. In my last order, I got a mystery gift with my purchase and they gave me this great foundation that was ACTUALLY in my perfect shade (maybe my last name gave away that I have South Asian skin and would probably need a shade in medium, but still). Such a great business that I really love to support with my dollars (especially love supporting businesses from my hometown, Vancouver!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time that I have ordered from this site. I stumbled upon it by accident and am so happy I did. This site is easy to navigate with a quick check out. I believe if you can't find what you're looking for on this Canadian site you will not be able to find it anywhere. I am so impressed by the contents and products that are offered. The price point goes from very reasonable to very expensive depending on what you're looking for. I purchased a Dr. Dennis Gross Spotlight Treatment that I've never seen anywhere else. The reviews were good and I'm not disappointed that I did. The biggest surprise was the acne skin products that came as samples. I was not expecting that and was pleasantly surprised. If you're looking for something specific you'll more than likely find it on this AMAZING website. I was also surprised by the phones and call from a representative of External Skin Care to see if I was pleased with my purchase. Nice touch.

They carry a lot of professional brand that you will see at the dermatologist and sometimes at a lesser price. I have been using this store for many years and will continue to do so. I also love their mini samples that they out i with the purchase - so I can try more products and get down to what actually works for me.
Great e store! Highly recommended!

The products I wanted were back ordered, but they kept me updated once I ordred them and they arrived only about 10 days after I ordered. Very satisfied.

I am currently in process of communicating with the company’s customer service rep to decide what will be the next steps. This experience does makes me a little hesitant to purchase skin care on line again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a skin care device to replace one I already had. I was very well aware of how it should operate and it did not operate properly from day one. It took weeks and multiple phone calls and emails to get them to agree to let me return it. I returned and tracked it. One month after it being received by them, and more emails, they are denying they even got it and put the responsibility back on me saying I need to keep checking in with them. We are now three months past the date I purchased this item and they now have the item back as well as still have my money. Its a small thing to provide good customer service but this company is incapable of that.
