★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys went above and beyonnd to help me. Very happy with my treatment. We were on holiday when a tooth abscessed and needed immediate help, and i got it. They even went out of their way to find a couple specialists i needed. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never get your teeth cleaned here. They are running a scam where they say you need to come back to finish the cleaning. The second appointment costs $39 more than first, bringing total to $444, about double industry-standard cost. NEVER GO HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have known Dr Prescott for more than 30 years (we earned our pilot's license together and went to UBC together). He has always been a very friendly and caring person. His professionalism and kindness make him second to none! Certainly recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very happy with our dentist and all the staff. My favourite hygienist is Elizabeth but they are all great, and Shannon, at reception, is awesome. Dr. van Laetham is very gentle and kind and never seems rushed which really helps with my anxiety. Also, they direct bill our dental plan insurers so I almost never have to pay out of pocket. I've recommended friends to this clinic and they are all happy with the service.

Despite my long standing symptoms, she helped me out and made sure I know how to care in the future so it does not come back. During the entire treatment, she constantly made sure that I feel comfortable and yet she has been the gentlest hygienist I have had!
