★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Extremely rude and general lack of professionalism dealing with customers. Not willing to do my business here based off of how I was treated with incredible disrespect in the short 10 min i was there. I think this broker should evaluate how their staff are treating people coming in and paying the lease for their convieient location because if it weren't for that I doubt they could run a lemonade stand adequately. Its unfortunate I'm obligated to even give 1 star to someone that learned their customer service skills in auschwitz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say that I had a great experience at this location! I'm new to BC and Melanie Carey was extremely helpful with getting my vehicle insured and taken care of. She even contacted me afterwards with information I had requested about getting my insurance history to ICBC which she didn't need to do. The second time I stopped in to update my address again Melanie served me and was very helpful. I've now visited this locations a few times and never experienced bad service. Special thanks to Melanie for going the extra mile!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not capable of renewing over the phone or remotly very well. Definetly go with someone else if you need that option. It requires many back and forth phone calls, emails. And feels like a scam from all the unessisary back and forth forcing me to answer calls and forcing you to email info as well. They are always nice here tho. I recommend going in person.
