★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetence in full view. They called me "unknown caller" and made appointment for me to go to W3rd. When I got there, there was nobody there so I went home. 3hrs later, they call me again. I go back to w3rd and continue to stand in the rain while I wait for someone to come to the door. When they finally did, they didn't want to open the door to find out who I was. I'm never going there again. I've never been treated with this much disrespect. Worst customer experience ever !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently renewed my car insurance there and it was not a good experience. I've dealt with them in the past and never had any issues but this time was a very negative experience. A few of the people working there are quite incompetent. Ended up having to go back three times to get the issues sorted out. Won't be returning. Two stars for the convenience.

I tried to cancel my insurance after buying a new car and I came into problems with the letter from my lessor and they wouldn't help me sort through this and I felt they came off argumentative and very dismissive to me both the manager and the agent both need to work on their customer service skills. Big fail for customer service
