★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realized at 9:30, we missed buying our insurance. Checked online...Awesome London Drugs is open. Whip over, as we have to catch a ferry. Get there are 9:48...Chris says he has already batches. They are closed. We explain the situation. We say the website says open until 10. He says, closed. At 10pm exactly, he just walks out the door. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is an absolute joke. I came in an hour before the closing time and was told there wouldn't be enough time. FYI: I took the insurance IBABC course and full well know a vehicle gift transfer does NOT take an hour. After being told to go and get more information I returned to be told that it wasn't enough and I would need the gift donor present and with his ID. This is false, I have done countless vehicle transfers over the past years and have never had to have donor present. Don't waste your time here they are clearly trying to push you out so they can leave at 10 exactly. Zero customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to register my out-of-province vehicle with all necessary documents. I was told by the person working that she would not help me. I was told the process takes at least an hour and she was the only one there, and she needed to be available in case someone else needed insurance services. I was told to come back after they had two people working, but before ICBC offices closed. Left and went to Allwest Insurance, where I received awesome customer service by a trainee and his trainer, who got everything done and my new plates on my vehicle in ~40 minutes.
