They forgot to renew my insurance 2 times in a week after I had applied for it and then put it aside with no followup for 2 months and ignored it without even communicating to me. Not even a single email or call to notify me. Horrible.

Amir (the branch manager) takes his time to make sure you will get the best option available in the market. I have got two different insurances from them and they have been very decent in price and the policy. Will do business with them in future for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amir provided a top-notch service for me and I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgable and gave me a fantastic rate. However, what sets him apart from other insurance brokers is that not only he helps you to get a good insurance but also he stays connected and helps you if you have a claim. In my case when I had a water damage the first thing I did was to call him and he immediately contacted the insurance company to submit a claim. He kept checking in and following up with me during the restoration and repair process to make sure all my questions and concerns are addressed. I honestly didn't expect this much support from any insurance brokerage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. When making a mistake, instead of apologizing and fixing the problem, the agent defended herself. They are also very disorganized. They call me to renew an insurance policy for the one that they put in storage just one week ago. They ask you to remember the agent name that you are working with, otherwise they keep refering you to another agent even for small things. Most agents are persian and friendly so if you feel nostalgic about Iran, it's a very good place to go. You get exactly the same level of poor service that you used to get in Iran. I will never go back to this place again.
