Naz is a great supporter and encourages us a lot. She is caring, patient and very knowledgeable. I love that they support us even after reaching our goal to help us maintain it and stick to the healthy lifestyle.

I had also tried a different ketogenic diet for few months and enjoyed this lifestyle, but it was not very successful to reach me to my goal weight! What I needed to add to my previous diet was the fat restriction and ideal protein helped me a lot to smoothly reach my ideal weight! My coach is Nahid and she’s just amazing! Her supports and friendly communications made me feel motivated to follow the protocol and her follow ups was a ladder to my next achievements!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very glad that I have chosen Ideal protein to start losing weight as I recently had no control of my weight and I was very disappointed that I do not do anything about it, until Nahid offered to help and educate me in this journey.
She is very passionate, kind and patience and eager to help each and every one of her clients.
I have to confess that I am a very difficult client as I don't like a lot of the food's flavours but she always help me to find the foods and snacks that are more matching to my taste.
She also inspires me a lot as she, herself lost half of her size in a past few years and she continues to maintain her ideal weight and that makes her an excellent role model to me.
She is truly a great coach.

She shared many healthy recipes with me to make sure I can achieve my goal and to keep the weight off.I was very lucky to have her as my coach because without her I wouldn’t be able to hit my target.

Nahid has been working with me to form new and better eating habits. She is educated, has great ideas and is a truly kind person. Seeing her weekly is what motivates me to succeed. So far I have lost over 37 pounds on the program and I really do not think I could have done it myself, without the program and Mobina's expert coaching! As a coach, Mobina is entirely positive, supportive and without fail, has been able to answer all my questions. When giving advice, she not only describes what to do but also understands and shares why to do things which for me is equally important. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to lose some weight and find their own healthy body.
