Throughout my lifetime, I have tried many different ways to lose weight and have always failed. With ideal protean program I learned how to understand the food I eat and how my body works with this food. Nahid showed me how to read labels and introduce healthier things into my diet and taught me which foods encourage a healthier lifestyle and healthier living.
To date, I am please to say that I have lost weight and continue to lose more. I truly do not believe I would have learned everything I did and feel so good about reaching my goals without ideal protean program and of course a great advisor such as Nahid.
Nahid is the utmost professional yet she has a touching compassion and dedication to her clients. I am thrilled to be able to say that I worked with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined the Ideal Protein program back In April this year and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have lost almost 40 lbs over the past 5 months. If you want to lose weight and KEEP it, this program is for you ; it is in fact intended to teach you to develop a new lifestyle rather than pursuing temporary weight-loss goals.
Naz is the best coach one could ask for; she is very resourceful and goes out of her way to help you. I owe the self-confidence and the way I feel about myself today to my wonderful coach. She helped me correct my wrong eating habits and never stopped beliving in me ... even when I did.
My favorrite thing about this location is that you are given the option to swap those meals you don't like with other ones.This way you are not stuck with a box of food you are not going to use and your money won't go to waste. The staff is also very friendly, always glad to help and answer any questions; couldn't be happier with the service !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Ideal Protein program for 3 weeks. In this program you cant eat any thing except the IP products, which are disaster and mostly dry powder. Base on my experience It is not standard and i don’t suggest to anyone.
The worse part is the coaching in this program... they should motivate the participants to follow the program and stay in line but unfortunately they just think about money and achieve benefits!!!! They action and their program was Really unprofessional and i am completely sad. Using this program is just wasted time and money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm using Ideal Protein Program in this pharmacy. All the coaches are professional, friendly and caring and very knowledgeable.
I started the program with lovely coach "Naz" and continue with another lovely coach "Neda". They are very supportive and caring, I highly recommend to use the program at this location if you are looking for long term solution to lose weight while being healthy and maintainable.
