Great place with many locations. The hours are great, the staff are knowledgeable. For all my questions that most wouldn't understand, I was given direct answers with the best advice. It's my go to from now on

Dealing with people that put whats best for you above whats best for them is a very good feeling. I felt that I was important to them and my needs were truly met. Also, the insurance I now have is clear and easy to understand.

I cancelled my insurance with them and in spite of this they deducted an insurance premium from my account even I no longer have a policy with them. The customer service is the worst, you don't know from one month who is managing your account nor do they make any to insure any continuity of service. I still haven't been refunded. By the way my household insurance with the same insurer at $600.00 less a year than what Waypoint had quoted me.Save your money go elsewhere

Call Rachel Krebs at Waypoint for home insurance. Rachel was very knowledgeable, helpful and advocated on our behalf to help us understand the coverage we required and get us a very competitive rate. She answered multiple follow-up emails for us, and was extremely responsive in finalizing our insurance under a tight timeline.

Terrible service and customer experience. I have been trying to go in to pay my insurance bill and they are closed during their business hours!! No one answers the phone or returns voicemails. They charge ridiculous fees to pay your bill online or via credit card and again when I try to go in to pay no one is there while in the middle of their business hours! No sign or anything. They continue to send me bill overdue emails and then any emails i have sent about the issue has gone unanswered like my voicemails. Absolutely terrible and will be looking to find another broker going forward.

We had been with them for almost 15 years. In the beginning it was ok and we had a designated broker, Scott but he left and his successor, Kyle, was ok too. However, service went downhill a couple of years ago when Kyle left too. We were quoted higher prices for the exact same policies from the same exact insurance providers than other insurance brokers. When We had to file a claim last year, their service was terrible. I had to call many different departments and my broker, Amanda, didn't reach out to me or provide any support. Everybody was telling me different things but I had to do all the work! I had to do all the contact work with the restoration company and had to pay out of my own pocket because my adjustor was too lazy to pursue on my behalf the party that caused the flood for my damages. Right off the bat, they told me the damages were too small so just pay out of pocket because it would be smaller than the deductible. I had to contact strata, hound the building managers, contact different restoration companies ( whom didn't show up for appointments either). In the end, it was like I never had any insurance!
