★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really cannot say enough good things about Stephanie and the treatments I have seen her for. I have seen her primarily for waxing but I recently saw her for a facial. It was very relaxing yet extremely thorough. Sticking to my New Years resolution of taking better care of my skin is something I am excited to keep up knowing I am in the best hands possible. I would highly recommend her with confidence for any services you may be considering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Stephanie for regular facials for the past couple of years and she honestly has transformed my skin. My skin is glowing after I see her and I get tons of compliments from people asking what products I use. She is super knowledgable and caters treatments to exactly what your skin needs, plus she is a lovely person and I always leave appointments feeling bright and relaxed. I have referred many friends to her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to take proper care of their skin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a very bad experience Yesterday I had appointment for roots highlights my hair is blonde just needs root touch up, holly did my hair almost 3 hrs and she did put toner on my hair, she didn't check my hair to until she washed, when I saw my hair in the mirror I was shocked my hair all over was dark brown colour, I can't believe that she didn't say anything just say so beautiful, I was so mad, I didn't know what should I do, and she said if you are not happy you can talk to my manager,
The salon manager told me I don't have a time today to fix your hair, but you can come tomorrowo other
hairdresser to do your hair, I'm very polite and kind said that,ok I'm coming tomorrow, but unfortunately this morning she sent me massage, I'm sorry I don't have a time to until December,
I can't believe that she is not responsible and she lying to me, she sent me massage so rude to me
Please be advised that any further contact with members of my staff will result in me applying for a cease and desist order from the RCMP in North vancouver,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Stephanie has been nothing short of amazing. She started off with just facials for me and I quickly started using her for all other services. She’s been doing my waxing and I’m in and out in 15 minutes, my lash lifts are speedy and I come out looking flawless. She is truly the best esthetician I have ever come across. I will never use anyone else. Highly recommend.

During the appointment I felt totally comfortable that she was skilled and knowledgeable about lashes other skin care treatments. Stephanie made sure my lashes were PERFECT. I’m thrilled with the result!

I have also seen Grace for wash + style and she's fantastic too. Efficient and just overall lovely gals - you can tell they take pride in their work. Love the milkshake products they carry as well. My hair has never been happier! Thanks guys! :)
