Too bad, since they used to have a great selection of suits and a good relationship with Vancouver guards. No longer! I'll shop elsewhere and let the other Vancouver guards know as well.

We've had several positive interactions in the store and ordering online with in-store pick up. As others have mentioned, the store is surprisingly small but holds a lot of inventory. The staff member who helped us last weekend was very friendly, nice and knowledgable. I learned a lot about fabrics and fit (more than during other visits), and she was juggling several sets of customers by the time we left. My daughter struggled getting on her first kneeskin suit and almost gave up - I wish the staff member gave us more instruction on how to do this - but when we got home YouTube had the answer.
L	Leandro Ang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not like the service experience and will not go back anymore, even though our club has 10% off- Girl that was there had zero customer service abilities and was a fraction of a hair of being rude...while we were there, there was one customer who ordered and paid online and went to the shop to pick up her order. She had called before hand and they confirmed her order was at the store. When customer asked the girl to check out- think her name was Olivia- she said she did not receive anything. She still went to the back of the store to search for it (with such an effortless behavior )just to go back to the client to say there was nothing there. Client asked her to call the warehouse and after instructions, found out that the order was right in front of her. For our own purchase experience, a few miscommunication about their discount policy and a "not nice" approach. I now prefer to shop on big stores or on Amazon, where we have a more professional service level and not a lot of attitude- this breaks our hearts as small business owners as well.

She allowed me to try on a pair in my size that felt a bit uncomfortable in the toe box. I tried the next size up and she assessed that the fins were too big and would not be functional. She assured me that the previous pair of fins that I tried would be comfortable in the water and would stretch in time. She was correct. I love my Speedo fins. I perused their selection in bathing suits and accessories and it was comprehensive and competitive. I will definitely shop at Team Aquatic for future supplies

The choice at the store is very limited. Even if it shows its available in-store on their website, it's not.
K	K Houston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience. Thanks to Annick, I have the perfect bathing suit with the perfect fit. I also have a mask that allows me to swim endlessly without water getting in. She was helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely nice. So happy I found them!

Waited for the manger for 30 min to fix the issue but she was very rude about it . She also lied about exchanging items policy. I can not believe how a dishonest person can stay in a business like that.
Q	Q Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not experienced this level of rudeness in Canada that I begin to think the employees of this store are racist. As customer you get mocked of asking questions. The attitude and disrespect you will get is unbelievable. As much as I want to support the sponsor of swimming club, the staffs need to have some basic manners and respect for people. I will be shopping else where and will be sharing my bad experience with others to warn people not to shop here.
