★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is always so friendly and the salon is very clean. I have been going here for years and I refuse to go anywhere else for my wax and brow/lash tint. Chloe is one of my favourites, she is very gentle and knowledgeable about waxing/tinting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my first Brazilian here close to almost a decade ago. I was nervous and my esthetician made me feel completely comfortable. I still remember that I had zero pain and it was done very quickly. I don't live close by to this location so I have tried other salons that were closer to me. I was left with really bad skin lifting, I got tortured by inexperienced or misinformed estheticians and was almost always left in massive pain. I've regretted every time that I strayed from Cutie Pie Wax Bar. Nobody does waxing like them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to a lot of beauty bars around the city of Vancouver and in Toronto where I use to live. This place is one of the best! I have used a handful of their services and I'm always very pleased. The customer service is great too, if there are any issues with the service they are dedicated to making it right. Special shout out to Chloe, she's so incredibly talented and equally as awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a great experience at Cutie Pie today, firstly I usually go to a much cheaper wax place. But the last time I had a wax was about a year ago and it was horrible (you get what you pay for I guess) I originally looked at all the places that offered waxing services in my area. And Cutie Pie was really reasonable and comparable. The great reviews were a bonus!
I really liked the attention to detail and how clean this place is. All the staff was really friendly and looked genuinely happy. The was room was quite large. The bed was heated and there was a tv in there as well.
Clara was wonderful! Could not have had a nicer person, she was gentle, efficient and genuinely really nice. She never came off as fake friendly or as if she was trying to fill the time with awkward conversation. The whole experience is quite pleasant and I would highly recommend booking with her specifically. I know I will!
The person working the front desk was also really nice, efficient and seemed really organized.
My skin also doesn’t feel like I’m just had every hair follicle ripped out. It feel quite calm so that’s a bonus!
