Lynnmour Post Office

I dread going in here giving this lady business. It's a shame there wasn't more options in my neighborhood. I enter and say hello, and then leave and say have a good day. Everytime. No response. Don't keep giving this creature business.

The staff are nice enough but the opening hours are completely unreasonable. I honestly don't understand how Canada Post doesn't require one of their facilities to be open long enough for most people to actually use the services. I make a point to not order from any website that uses Canada Post only because I know it will be impossible to retrieve my packages.

Did a simple return of a purchase from amazon, the clerk refuse to give me a receipt for proof of drop off, she just tell me to put it in the basket, i asked her if amazon did not receive the package and ask for proof what can I give them. She said she never gave anyone a receipt for amazon return. Brought the package to Lonsdale Canada Post, Clerk scan the barcode, gave me a receipt and I am in and out in less than 3 minutes, poor experience in this location.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Absolutely horrible customer service!

I came with 6 boxes to move to a different province. Ava was fantastic! It was a very hot day, Ava took her fan and point it where I was taping and labeling. Then she took the boxes and helped me tape them (and was so fast! And we laughed a lot). She made this emotional moment very pleasant and went above and beyond to help me without asking. Thank you Ava! You are amazing at what you do! Keep shinning!

The first time I went in was the first day of a new US Customs online declaration policy. I was understanding that the new changes were a lot of stress on the business owner here. I mean, she kept telling us in the line over and over again to read the signage and have it all ready by the time you get to the front of the line. The woman in front of me was getting yelled at by the woman working this post office. She basically told the woman to come back when she figures it out and that Canada post gives them no support on training. I was next in line and she was so impressed I had figured out my US customs declaration. She asked me to teach the woman she just told to come back later. I was not impressed, it is not my job and I answered I barely survived the online transaction, did my transaction and left. She was demanding and rude at the same time. I gave her another chance and I went to send off a business parcel with all my parcel information done through snap ship online including payment. She asked me how I would like to pay and I said confused I already did online. She literally yelled at me and said why you pay Canada post and not me?! She said next time you come back, you pay me or you don't come here at all. I was super offended and asked what is this not a post office, what have I done wrong? I had even bought 2 packaging supplies from her and tried to lighten her extremely rude demeanor by saying well good thing I supported her business by buying packaging supplies. She had the gull to say, what you bought from me doesn't cover the cost of service. All she had to do was print the label and stick it on the box. She was terrible for her 2nd time. I've only been there 3 times and every time was not only unsatisfactory, it made me feel as a customer how an abused employee would feel. 10/10 would not recommend her or this shop. Rude to me and others all 3 times

Great Customer service from the lady with the baseball cap! I had to pick up a parcel with a card that had this outlet address on it and then when I got there found out it was delivered to another outlet. She went to track down which outlet it went to, so I can go to pick it up. I thought she did her job well in finding out for me and happy to get it. I appreciate the efficient service!
