β β β β β Very poor colouring job on my third visit. When the owner knows you are going to come back to her, she just doesnβt care anymore and charge you over price. I DO NOT recommend and will never go back.

β β β β β I have been seeing Felicia in Planet Hair & Spa for my haircuts & colour for a while, and since I started seeing her I've been getting so many great compliments and I thought I should stop taking all the credit and pass on some appreciation to the person who's actually responsible for my new look.
My hair looks and feels fantastic, and I'm so grateful to be in her capable hands. Her advice, as always, is perfect. She is the best & I'm recommending her to all my girlfriends.

β β β β β Very Expensive and the service DO Not worth the price! The Asian lady doesn't know how to dye hair. I showed her a picture at the beginning, she kept saying "no problem, I know what you want." She done my hair in a completely different colour than the picture and made so much excuses. Do not recommened!

β β β β β Felicia is amazing! I've now been seeing her for about a year now and I will never, ever, look for another hair stylist again. She helped bring my hair back to life after a traumatic experience elsewhere and made me feel confident after getting my hair done by her. She knows what she's doing and I trust her 100% to give me the hair that I want (or the hair that I don't even know that I want, she's seriously that good). The only hair stylist I can confidently recommend. Thanks, Felicia! Forever grateful I found you.

β β β β β Maria is a very talented and super sweet stylist. She did my hair highlights before, and she did them so naturally and they blended with my natural colour exactly the way I wanted them to. Now six months down the line, you can see that they have faded into my natural colour very well, and I'm back to have her trim and style my hair. I'm planning to get more highlights with her again and many more visits down the road! Highly recommended, she's also very accommodating!

β β β β β I saw Wendy. She was friendly and outgoing. I asked for balayage and a cut. The layered cut was just what I wanted! Loved it. However 3 days after I washed my hair because I didnβt want to ruin the colour. It was a lovely ashy caramel balayage on my very dark brown hair. It turned a very warm yellow colour. I thought that a hairdresser of Wendyβs experience should have known better. My Aunt who is a hairdresser fixed the colour for me and toned it.I didnβt even bother going back to get it fixed. It was also quite expensive.
