I always get my eyebrows done here and Ritu and her staff really do an amazing job. I've been going here for seven months now and I've never had a single disappointing experience. I'd highly recommend this place!

Ritu is great, and her staff are professional, friendly, really quick, and the the rates are very reasonable. I live on the North Shore and this is pretty much the closest place that threads eyebrows well. I love this gem in a great little neighborhood.

N	Nav K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on reviews I booked an appointment for threading, waxing (arms and lower legs only not full body), highly disappointed and dissatisfied when I got blamed for asking for waxing as an additional to the appointment while in their salon. Their closing time as per their website was 6:00 pm and it was not even 5:30 when I was there. I do not believe it takes 30 minutes for arms and lower legs waxing, after booking an appointment. I am 100% sure when I booked my appointment with the lady over the phone one day in advance, I clearly mentioned I need threading, upper lips and waxing in lower legs and arms. I even confirmed with her before disconnecting the phone. Not to mention, the lady was aggressive over the phone and in-person as well. Such an unwelcoming behavior. Definitely do not recommend their services.
M	Mat Good on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My walk in eye brow shaping/torture spot! Been going here a few years. Any lady there has done my eyebrows quickly and always look great. Stupid flu thing has left me not wanting to go to places like this so omgosh a little painful to get threaded the bushier you leave your brows . But so glad we have Ritu! Everyone there is friendly and charming personalities. I see women in there doing hair , nails etc. All I know is brows lol . I’m sure they know what they’re doing with everything else. :) great location. Parking lot around the corner . Reasonable prices

My eyebrows are quite tricky to do, but I have always been able to trust them to do a great job! Love going here and would highly recommend Ritu's Salon❤
M	Maria Stefani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my teenage daughter. The woman told me not to get her eyebrows shaped as she is too young. Not sure what that means. I don't thing no she needs much shaping but a little would be an improvement. She just cleaned them up instead. She didn't put the aloe gel on after like I remember them doing to ease the pain and help remove the wax residue. When I asked her to do that she did. However, when we got to the car my daughter told Me she didn't put any in her eyebrows which were really hurting from the threading. I was not impressed. Doesn't any client deserve the same service?
