β β β β β I've worked with NBM for many years as a Property Manager, utilizing both their janitorial and snow removal services. I've rarely received complaints about either (which is very difficult to accomplish in the world of Strata Corporations) and they are very pleasant to deal with. I'd especially like to make note of Paulina in their accounting department who is excellent to work with- there was a billing issue that went back several years which we communicated about and which took a great deal of time and energy to resolve, but we were able to largely because of her reasonableness and politeness. I thought this was worth specifically pointing out.
