★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an international order. Only one of the two items I ordered as a gift arrived, the other item was cancelled - yet I was charged the full amount, including duties and taxes. I contacted Roots two days ago and have yet to receive a response. Not what I expect from an international company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In February, I went to buy a hoodie at this store of roots. The both of the girl assistants were helpful when I was choosing the toque. I already have my choice of hoodie in my mind so, just told them my size.
However, the darkest part is... it was my birthday and my friend kept saying (when we moved to counter for payment) that, "it's her birthday so we specially came here today" . And guess what? That girl is really into payment not listening to us at all.
Well, It was my birthday so I didn't speak much. I love my roots hoodie and toque so much no matter what staff is there in the roots store!
Life is beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pants fell apart at the drawstring after 5 months of occasional wear, would not recommend you shop here. Store is also dirty and needs a good sweep. Clothes also very untidy and nees folding after customers go through them, poor presentation. Upon speaking with head office on the phone, they were very aggressive and hostile on the phone all to offer 30% off my next pair, thanks Roots! Never will I recommend you shop here, or Roots in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took over 20 minutes for cashier Jill to place my online order after repeating my info 3 times she had told me it went through and the items would be delivered to me. The next day I get an email saying the order had not went though because the wrong address was entered even though I told her it 3 times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a positive experience at this Roots store and with Carley the sales associate!! Carley helped me order a purse online which was out of stock and she was a pleasure to deal with! I even went back in about a week and a half later and the purse had gone on sale and Carley once again helped price adjust it for me. I am in love with the purse (Ella Bag) and I had a really great experience! All of the staff were extremely pleasant and Carley in particular went above and beyond to help me get this bag!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cute baby and kids outfits. Not a huge item selection. Currently they have a matching thing for families going on at the back of the store. The material for most things is soft and feels long lasting but the prices reflect that as well, a bit expensive, even with the 30% off.
