★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favorite Aritizia locations in Ontario! It feels so much more organized compared to the amount of clutter at the next nearest location to me in Masonville in London. Not to mention that I always receive friendly service from the girls working which is a lot different from other locations! I visited 10/13/2021 around 2:30pm and the girl helping me (I forget her name, but she was blonde) was so friendly and helpful! I always come back here when I can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend Genevieve's style advice! She was extremely helpful with my purchase over the phone for curb-side pickup. She went as overly out of her way to send me pictures of the shorts on with comparisons! She made shopping due to COVID very easy even though we cant try on clothing.... Highly recommend her for advice! <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls like this place. Generally supposed to be expensive but I didn't think the pricing was that bad. The thing that I noticed was that the staff were great. Friendly, attentive and helpful. Pretty sure they work on some commission but still they offered to get the item in another size and colour from another store. I would give it a 4 but the staff make it a 5. Staff and location were all COVID barricaded, masked and sanitized up to standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best experience for me here. It took a very long time to even be acknowledged and then they placed me in a fitting room and promptly forgot about me. It wasn’t busy - the sales people to customers ratio was good. The few people in the adjacent fitting rooms were being consistently checked on so maybe I had suddenly developed invisibility superpowers.
I found a pair of jeans I liked but the thought of giving my money to place where I wasn’t welcome didn’t feel right. I’ve promised myself I won’t shop at any Aritzia anymore…there are other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best experience with Genevieve, she was the only one to help me out when my order was in the process of being cancelled, and I was being told so many different things from so many people. She actively took the steps to ensure my order would be able to reach me, and took the time and care to go the extra mile for me. I highly recommend going to her for any of your styling or purchasing needs! She's amazing!!
