Then the receipt printer broke and they had to talk on the phone for 20 minutes trying to figure out why it says approved but no receipt printed. We then had to purchase our items again and told to come back later for a refund.
A	A M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are always talking in this store, and the amount of times I hear very loud (inappropriate) topics being discussed by a woman, who seems to be the manager, while I’m in the change rooms is frankly irritating. Conestoga mall has far better service and I would recommend you try there if you actually want to have a pleasant shopping experience.

I am Black mixed race, and have been directly followed, have had workers constantly eyeing my shopping bags and making crude comments about ensuring the workers follow me. The last time I was in (late November to get a gift for my sister), the workers at cash after telling me the promotions discussed how they should keep an eye on me. I was wearing a long black winter coat, winter boots, and carrying my shopping bags from other locations in the mall. After sharing my experiences with friends, I have been made aware that I am not isolated in these experiences, rather that this location is notorious for targeting BIPOC individuals.
