Ordered multiple items online, would not accept return of unworn pants with the tag removed.. Tags were provided. Garbage customer service, I had picked up other items to purchase in store, left them at register, won't be getting my hard earned money!

They do not know how to deal with customer. I and my friend bought the products.We paid $134 and We return the product but they didn’t gave a full amount. They just give $66 back.Manager returns half amount and said other is in the hand of customer care only they can return full amount. Customer care saying only store manager can do that

I hate clothes shopping and all of that, but there was a good sale today, and Marcos made the whole process very easy and painless. He was very informative on deals and advice and super helpful with sizing and ordering online with stuff that wasn't in the right colour. Thanks again for the help!

Cheap products and expensive. not worth the money. workers of the same color show the level of respect for people of color in this store. rude and unprofessional employees. If price tag is missing , they won't accept return even if you have the receipt. this is their return policy. I do not recommend buying anything from here.

The badest customer service ever, the way of dealing with customers through the online services is too bad. They just don't care about customers, they stall your time to make customers forget what they want. The order that I got was off quality, I returned it and they promised to refund me the shipping fees within 3-5 days. After 3 weeks they told me we can not do that.

Purchased a shirt for my son for xmas. It ended up being too small. I tried to exchange it but because I had taken the tag off (I still provided it) they would not even exchange. Who gives christmas gifts and leaves the tags on?!? Will not be shopping at that store again due to poor customer service and unreasonable policies.
