★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't worn the shoes I bought from there yet but the staff there was friendly and helpful! I don't know if she is the one getting all the bad comments on but the person who helped me was easy to communicate with.
I purchased two pairs of shoes online but one of them didn't fit so I had to get a refund then reorder them in a smaller size. There was no problem at all and I'd be happy to shop there again!

Chatted with me while I tried some options on- honestly hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received. Such sweet ladies & super lovely! I will definitely be back & will let friends know to shop here! Thank you ladies for your help! You really outdid yourself! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice selection of footwear with some great sales . The young ladies gave exceptional customer service by acknowledging me immediately upon entering with beautiful smiles and asking me if I needed assistance .
They were professional but also down to earth enough to be themselves , show empathy and converse on a human level . I purchased the $100.00 boots for all those reasons . Also , of course because I loved them and they fit perfectly .....very stylish !?

I had went to multiple shoe stores today in Fairview Mall and this store was by far the best customer service I have gotten today which is why I bought my shoes here and my husband also bought shoes as well. The lady that assisted me and my husband majority of the time was a young black woman that was so upbeat, very informative about the products, extremely helpful and very polite throughout the entire process of helping us. She is extremely good at her job and I will definitely be coming back to buy more shoes just because she was so welcoming and did such a great job with helping us. The rest of the ladies did a great job as well and we appreciate your service, keep it up ? Very impressed!!! Lastly, The prices for such great quality shoes is amazing and I love your visual display for your shoes because as I walked in I was able to find excatly what I was looking for and it wasn't a hassle at all. Everything was up to date with current trend and very clean, like I said I am very impressed with the service today.
