*****Kitchener Fairview Mall Guess Store ********* I'm not usually one to share shopping experiences but no one will disrespect myself or my partner for their own ignorance and get away with it. After my partner spent $642.93 at the Fairview mall Guess store she wanted to confirm the return policy as the items were gifts and we would also be going to the outlet store in Cambridge. Speaking to the manager she confirmed the 30 day RETURN policy and we continued onto the outlet store she knew we would be visiting. Today I went to return the items and delt with a friendly representative I had seen in the past. However, the manager immediately on edge, presented me with "I never told you that" followed by her disgusting attitude. I then began to reinact our interaction. She refused to acknowledge the facts, was disrespectful, and unprofessional. No refund because of their policy, even after I explained her part in our experience, no solution was presented. The manager also gave countless excuses for her ignorance even expressing mischarging me for an item was not her fault. (A wallet being charged for more than the price tag stated) Did the item ring itself in? How this person could be managing this store is appauling, I can only hope the district manager she claims she does not have reads this and realizes the valued customer my girlfriend was... not that employee (98512 - cashier #) A complaint has gone into the customer service team and we expect the refund we were promised. If this "manager" is going to continue to put no effort into her customer service skills the least she could do is bring less focus to her drug habits. She was clearly under the influence and could barely recall our interaction let alone how to manage this store. Sincerely, Two lost customers

I usually don't go into this store because the staff are rude, but it seems like they have made some major changes with their staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, i was super surprised to say the least. I will be shopping here a lot more now that I know snotty people aren't hired anymore.

Unlike the outlet, the attitude here is off the chain. Returns are pretty easy but let’s say you’re not going to get a smile and have a nice day. The store itself is pretty bland. A few bags here, a few pairs of shoes here, limited variety. You’re better off shopping online. If you’re not fimiliar with your size, go in try on what you like then head home and place your order online.

Very bad experience to the point where when I left the store today I promised myself I wouldn't ever go back, particularly to this Guess in Fairview. This is not the first time i go in, and i get glared at, judged, and just followed around. Staff here seem to not be up to date on customer service etiquette , and just judge you to make you feel like you don't belong there and should not even be shopping at such a store. Maybe if you hired less judgy, arrogant staff you'd do better as a store.
