★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely horrible customer service!! Do not recommend. She Did’t ask me if i wanted a gift receipt or not . Then when i ask for it she tried to tell me receipt with price is good anyway!! Store was completely empty. God knows what kind of hurry she was in !! Then i had to ask her to do return and then make me a gift receipt !! Good luck shopping there .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my friends were trying the clothes, the cashier came there to ask If we actually gonna but them or just trying them on. Can You believe this??!! It was so rude!! Hated the visit. She made us look like fools. Action must be taken on this. This is so unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an okay visit, they are quite pricy for my liking and tho they have some nice quality suits in a range of colours and fabrics it doesn't make up for the fact that staff was unhelpful. I was given a suit to try on and then left you no really suggestions or comments about how it fit me, and as someone who isn't as well versed in suits it wasn't all to a pleasant experience. I also felt as though some of the staff didn't really know all to much about men's fashion when it comes to suits. Perhaps that's not there fault and I have to high expectations, but when I'm paying over 250 dollars I expect knowledgable and helpful staff that is attentive. It wasn't an awful experience don't get me wrong, and overall I think I would definitely come back for the variety and quality of they're clothing, but the service leaves much to be desired for in my opinion, who knows perhaps it was just an off day for the staff when I visited.

My mom bought some clothes for my first year business event and unknowingly bought one with some makeup stains and a few different sizes for me to try later when I came home. Since I didn’t fit anything, we decided to return them the next day. She came back with the original receipt and folded clothes in the bag and was met with a saleslady who refused the return. She claimed it was already worn because “it was wrinkled” and “there was a mark”. My mom tried to explain that it wasn’t worn and the reason for the return was it didn’t fit. This didn’t fly well with the worker as she proceeded to raise her voice at my mom and say she won’t return it. So my mom left and went to the Mapleview location where the customer service was amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a very slow afternoon (I know because I work at the mall), I went into look at the ladies cloying. I was the only customer in the store and there were 3 associates at the cash at the back of the store. I slowly made my way through the clothing towards the rear of the store. As I was looking for a specific size shirt, I could hear the associates continue their conversation. I didn’t find my size so I started back towards the front. None of the staff acknowledged me whatsoever! Not a “hello,” “how are you today?,” “can I help you find something?,” or even a “goodbye,” or “have a good day.” Terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in for a suit purchase at the 11th hour (the wedding was a few days later in the upcoming weekend). These folks were great! I believe she was the manager was very nice and offered good advice on a couple of colours I was looking at. I ended up going with a light grey (it was a nice summer colour afterall)... Great store, great quality and what makes it even better, great people! Definately recommend ?

I did like a few things but I will definitely be purchasing either online or a different location. Do not come to this location unless you liked being talked down to
