★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a tiny poorly lit store. But I'm not the audience. Staff is nice. Everything is edgy and cool. If it makes you uncomfortable in there, the marketing plan worked. And you are old. ( as I am.) Go w your kid there for something and see what their ever changing passions are for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are always friendly, wish they rotated items more to not be repetitive. And some bands are irrelevant merchandise to sell now. Feel like they have overstock on some not so popular items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I like the company today the staff I interacted with came off as very rude.
When there was an issue and I tried to explain/help I was told to just stop talking. I apologized because I was so thrown by the interact. But really I should not have. At that point I wanted to cancel the whole transaction I was so uncomfortable.
I will be retuning everything I bought a different time so I do not need to interact with the same staff member.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person working was very helpful in regards to sizing. Definitely love this store. Though I was very disappointed to find they had eliminated a lot of of their selection and was very limited stock on everything except XXL or Xs..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the staff are really kind but theres one staff member in particular who I have had multiple horrible interactions with. In both experiences I had with them they were incredibly rude with even telling me to stop talking while I was trying to explain my reasoning for calling once. It seems as though another costumer has had the same experience since I saw a similar review.
